Overview:
This feature allows your company to define the default settings for a passenger’s Purpose and Charge Method when adding passengers to a trip. By configuring these defaults, each new passenger added will automatically populate with your preferred selections — saving time and ensuring consistency across all trips.
Setting a company-wide default helps streamline trip creation, reduce data entry errors, and maintain consistent reporting and billing information for all passengers.
How to Enable Default Passenger Purpose and Charge Method
- Go to Settings
- Navigate to Programs > Schedules > Flight Editing tab
- Locate the Passenger Section
- Set Your Defaults
- Save Changes
Example
When a dispatcher or scheduler adds a passenger to a trip, the Purpose and Charge Method fields will automatically populate with the company’s defined defaults.  The options can still be changed on a per-passenger basis if needed.
