Confidential Passengers

Overview

BART's confidential passenger feature allows a passenger to be hidden on the Passenger Itinerary and Passenger Trips Sheet. The confidential passenger will have an asterisk (*) on the Crew Briefing and Crew Trip Sheet. 

Setup

To enable the setting:

  1. Navigate to mceclip1.png > All Settings > Programs Tab > Schedules >Flight Editing tab

  2. Enable the "Confidential Pax setting located in the Passengers section

Functionality

Passengers can be marked as confidential for all trips by marking them as confidential in the Passenger profile:

Passengers marked as confidential will have an orange icon according to the legend when added to a manifest:

Passengers can also be marked as confidential on a per trip basis by clicking on the icon on the manifest:

Reports

 Confidential passengers are hidden on the passenger trip sheet and passenger itinerary:
