Streamlined Trip Requests from Owner Portal to BART

We’ve made it easier to turn Owner Portal trip requests into scheduled flights. Trip requests submitted through the Owner Portal now flow directly into BART web, where schedulers can review and instantly create a basic trip with the provided details, saving time and reducing manual entry.

Improvements

• Schedules:

  • When “Purpose” is set to “Personal (Entertainment)” or “Personal (Business)” on a scheduled trip, “Charge Method” on the flight log is automatically set to SIFL. (To Enable: Gear > All Settings > Programs > Schedules > Flight Editing tab - Passengers section - Default SIFL Charges to Logs).

  • Form 7507 has been updated to the newest version.

• Flight Logs:

  • When creating a report with Report Builder, users can now group by “Chargeback Account”.

  • Flight Log summary report: If the aircraft has “Flight Time by Hobbs” checked, the report will Replace the “OFF” and “ON” times on the report with “Hobbs Off” and “Hobbs In”.

  • Flight Log summary report: All crew will show on the report, including crew changes mid-trip
    

• Report Tab:

  • Aircraft Away From Homebase: Show where and how often an aircraft is away from homebase

  • Crew Duty Summary: Summary of duty for a given time period

  • Quote Analysis Report: summary of quotes/invoices

Fixes

• Flight Logs:

  • Manually added FBOs will now transfer to the flight log.

• Reports Tab:

  • Pilot Flight and Duty Report: Changes to more accurately reflect split duty times across multiple logs in one day.
