Feature Highlight: Multi-Day Crew Activity Scheduling

We’ve streamlined crew management with the new Multi-Day Crew Activity Scheduling feature. You can now assign activities across multiple dates at once, significantly reducing manual entry time.

Key highlights:

  • Bulk Date Selection: Select multiple days in one go. The date picker now displays existing activities to help you avoid scheduling overlaps.

  • Flexible Timing: Define specific Start/End times for the entire range, or leave them blank to default to a full-day activity.

  • Optimized Save Actions: Use Save to return to the calendar, or Save + New to immediately start your next entry.

  • Required Fields: Simple, mandatory Crew and Activity Type selections ensure your records stay accurate.

 Enhanced Security Controls

We have refined our security configurations to ensure a more consistent and intuitive experience when managing user permissions.

What’s New? We’ve synchronized the “No Portal Access” setting within the Flight Portal Security tab to align with our latest security standards. This update ensures that assigning this role now strictly prevents access to both CoPilot and PaxPortal, providing a seamless and reliable way to manage user restrictions.

What’s New? We’ve updated the way we store and retrieve documents and images to meet new, higher security standards. 

🛠 Fixes & Enhancements

Crew Activity Conflict at Midnight

  1. We’ve resolved an issue where Crew Actual Activity events ending at 23:59 could incorrectly trigger a conflict with an activity starting at 00:00 the following day. Activities that end at 23:59 will no longer be flagged as overlapping with next-day events beginning at midnight, ensuring smoother scheduling and fewer unnecessary conflict warnings.

Flight Logs

  1. Large Expense Reports can now be downloaded directly from the email popup window, no need to email yourself the file. 

Quotes/Invoices

  1.  Extended charge description field length to accommodate more text (up to 30 characters)
  2. Corrected Date mismatch when hiding ferry legs on Quote report
