Enhanced Tuvoli Integration: More Visibility, Customization, and Control

We're rolling out several improvements to enhance your experience with Tuvoli in BART, giving you better visibility, flexibility, and control over your quoting process.

📌 Capture All Status Updates from Tuvoli
  1. All status updates from Tuvoli will now be displayed in BART.
  2. Previously, only select updates were shown in the Private Notes section—now, you’ll have full visibility across all status changes.
  3. Updates will also appear on the All Quotes page for easier tracking.
📧 Add Custom Notes to Client Emails
  1. When sending a quote to Tuvoli, users can now enter a custom note to be included in the email sent to the client.
  2. This option is available in the confirmation popup before sending the quote.
💳 Choose Accepted Payment Types Per Quote
  1. Users can now select Accepted Payment Types for each quote before sending to Tuvoli.
  2. A new dropdown on the confirmation popup lets you choose from the payment types set in your integration settings.
  3. Only the selected payment types will be available when sending the quote.
🔍 Updated Confirmation Popup
  1. The "Confirmation" popup is now "Confirm Before Sending", ensuring users have full control before finalizing the quote submission.
These enhancements make Tuvoli integration in BART more transparent and customizable—giving you greater flexibility in managing quotes and payments. 🚀

✨ Enhancements

Schedules:

  1. Crew regulations have been improved! Regulations will better accommodate dd/mm format and those with regulations coming from Suite. 
  2. Users who transitioned from Suite to Web can now view documents that were previously uploaded in Suite. This includes Company, Crew and Passenger documents.
  3. Scheduled Trip reports: the Arrival Date is now included in reports under the Time section.
  4. Scheduled Trip reports: time can now be set to 24-hour time. (Gear > All Settings > Programs > Schedules > Reports tab – Pax Itinerary).
  5. Better visibility into aircraft ownership type. Fleet/Broker/Other can be viewed on the "All Aircraft" page and on Company Settings page.


🛠️ Fixes

Flight Logs:

  1. Passenger information and details will now appear correctly in Flight Logs when saved from CoPilot or a Scheduled Trip. 
Reports Tab:
  1. Pilot Flight and Duty Report: Previously missing duty time now shows on the report.

🚀 What’s New?

📁 New "Company Docs" Tab
  1. A "Company Docs" tab has been added under Main Menu > Tools in the CoPilot App, providing quick access to important company documents.
  1. A new “Company Docs” permission is available in Flight Portal Roles.
  2. Admins can enable this under All Flight Portal Roles > Edit a Role > General Tab > Other Section.

🛠️ Fixes

  1. The automatic building of Duty and RONs in the app now follows the same calculations as the Web version.
  2. Issues with saving passengers to logs has been resolved.
  3. Invalid "Weak Internet Signal" error on saving logs has been resolved.
