✨ Whiteboard Improvements

  1. Ability to view UTC Time (optional per user)
  2. Arrival date shows on calendar when flight lands after midnight
  3. Flight Status visibility
  4. Filter to see only selected crew (optional per user)
  5. Filter to show only crew with scheduled activity (optional per user)


✨ Enhancements

Schedules:

  1. Baldwin now opens from within BART (Click here for more information)
  2. Trip Assist now has FBO Services Notifications! 
    1. Trip Assist functionality is designed to notify the FBO about the flight details and any services related to the flight that have already been booked in Trip Assist. 
  3. Ability to add Zulu time and dates to Trip Bar and Split View calendars: Calendar > Customize 

    Flight Template > Insert Variable:


  4. Crew Trip Acknowledgement emails now contain UTC time
  5. CanPass: Added extra space for middle name
  6. Gendec: Added extra space for full name
  7. Gendec: New option to print with no US references and no times
  8. Crew Events - Crews will now receive a notification when added to any scheduled activity. Gear > All Settings > Programs > Schedules > General tab - Crew section
  9. Crew Trip Acknowledgements will now be sent to all crew, including non PIC/SIC crew
Reports Tab:
  1. Crew Insurance Report: Ability to select more than one crew at a time, with a page break between crew
  2. New Report: Pax/Authorizer/Crew Schedule - based on Suite report
API:
  1. /Leg - New fields
    1. DepartureFBOIsCustom
    2. ArrivalFBOIsCustom
    3. Seats

🛠️ Fixes

Quotes:

  1. Removed phantom box when selecting a brokered aircraft

Schedules:

  1. A warning will now be displayed and prevent users from saving a trip with “????” as the airport code

Flight Logs:

  1. Flight Log Detail report - added space to header, allowing full logo to display

CoPilot App:

  • Expenses and Documents added on the first save of the flight log will no longer disappear

  • Crew sort order will now properly display on the crew calendar
