Release Notes  25.1.0

✨ Featured

Squawks created/edited/closed in web will now generate an email (similar to CoPilot).
Squawks in web will also show who closed the squawk.


✨ Enhancements

Schedules:

  1. Aircraft usage summary report (Schedules tab > Reports > Aircraft Usage Summary) - Option to hide passengers on report.
Flight Logs:
  1. Report Builder - Expense based reports will now include non-trip expenses.
  2. "Exclude from Duty" option added. Crew > Edit > Other tab - "Exclude from Duty" checkbox.
    1. Excludes crewmember from being included when "create duty and RONs" button is selected on the logs.
    2. Excludes crewmember when "All crew" is selected for duty in CoPilot.
Reports Tab:
  1. Aircraft filters will now only show aircraft marked "Show in Selection List".
  2. SIFL report: Ability to report based on "Charge to pax" vs "On board pax".
  3. New Report: Crew Recent Flight Experience (based on Suite Crew Recency report).
  4. New Report: Schedule List (based on Suite Aircraft Schedule report).
  5. New Report: Fuel Purchase (based on Suite Fuel Purchase report).

🛠️ Fixes

Flight Logs:

  1. Flight Log Detail Report - Hobbs will now show in the correct spot on the log when Hobbs and OOOI are used. 
Reports tab:
  1. Crew Log - Legs will now display in proper order.

CoPilot

  1. Crew can now open Baldwin directly from CoPilot to fill out available forms.
          
  2. Improved "Souls on Board" email to better show passengers on board (CoPilot > Trip > Pax section > Email Check In Status to Dispatch).
  3. Ability to disable passenger check-ins (gear > All Settings > Programs > CoPilot > CoPilot tab - "Passenger Check In" > Always mark all pax on-board)
    1. Once enabled all passengers will be marked "On Board" in CoPilot
    2. All passengers will transfer to the Flight Log when Flight Log is saved
    3. CoPilot users will receive a warning when clicking the "briefcase" letting them know this has been disabled
    4. CoPilot users can still mark users "not on board" using the edit button
    5. CoPilot users can still add new pax to the trip
