We’ve introduced a more flexible way to generate, review, and annotate reports from Quotes, Schedules, and Flight Logs.
When generating a report, you now have two ways to handle your files:
In-App PDF Viewer: Open and review reports immediately within the platform.
Direct Download: Save the file directly to your local machine.
The new PDF Viewer allows you to refine documents before sharing them. You can now:
Add Text: Place custom text anywhere on the document (Note: original document text remains immutable).
Highlight: Call out critical data points for stakeholders.
Draw & Markup: Use freehand tools to emphasize or clarify specific sections.
Save & Sync: Save your annotated version directly back to the system.
We have optimized several core reports to improve data accuracy and visual clarity.
| Report | Type | Change Summary |
| Squawk Report | Fix | Resolved column overlapping; data now aligns in a clean, readable grid. |
| Flight Log Reports | Fix | Fuel units now correctly respect "Liters" settings instead of defaulting to Gallons. |
| Crew Log Report | Update | Column headers now repeat on every page for easier multi-page referencing. |
| Crew Duty Reports | Update | "Duty Period" now pulls from the "Total Time" field to match Suite behavior. |
| Aircraft Hours | Update | Relabeled "Flight Hours" to "Block Hours" and added a new "Flight Hours" column. |
| Calendar Report | Visual | Refreshed layout for better scannability and interpretation. |
| Daily Trip Info | New | Added "Summary of Charges by Departments" and support for Log/Trip Number generation. |
Calendar Visibility: Fixed an issue where Crew activity was missing from Executive and Overview calendars when using "Combine Actual Crew Activity."
Trip Bar: Resolved logic issues that caused legs to incorrectly combine on the Trip Bar calendar.
ForeFlight: Integration now includes the transmission of Crew Weight.
Owner Portal: Added a new tab on the BART Requests page to display scheduled trips, including a new Sort by Trip Date functionality.
