Release Notes: Version 2026.7.0
July 7, 2026
Security Highlight
Configurable Session Timeout
You can now configure an idle session timeout to automatically log users out after a period of inactivity.
Example: If the timeout is set for 30 minutes, a user who has not had any activity (clicks, saves, etc.) for 30 minutes will be logged out.
Company-wide Setting
Navigate to Gear → All Settings → Company Settings → Other → Session to configure the default timeout period for all users.
-
Enter the timeout period in minutes.
-
Set the value to 0 to disable the timeout.
User-Specific Override
Individual users, such as those used for calendar projections or power users, can override the company-wide setting from their User page. (Only BART administrators have access to this page).
-
Leave blank to use the company-wide timeout.
-
Enter 0 to disable the timeout for that user.
-
Enter a value (in minutes) to apply a custom timeout period for that user.
Enhancements
Calendar Invite Options
You now have more flexibility in how calendar invitations are sent for scheduled trips.
Navigate to Gear → All Settings → Programs → Schedules → Reports → Calendar Invites and choose one of the following options:
-
Disabled – Calendar invite emails are not available.
One Event for the Full Trip – Sends a single email containing one calendar event that spans the entire trip.
-
Example: A trip departing CLE on July 4 at 8:00 AM and returning from MIA on July 7 at 7:00 PM will appear as one continuous calendar event covering the full duration of the trip.
One Event per Leg – Sends multiple emails, each email containing a separate calendar event for each flight leg.
Example: For a three-leg trip:
-
Leg 1: CLE → TEB (July 4, 8:00 AM)
-
Leg 2: TEB → MIA (July 5, 10:00 AM)
-
Leg 3: MIA → CLE (July 7, 7:00 PM)
Recipients will receive three emails, with calendar invitations for each individual leg, allowing each flight segment to appear as its own event on their calendar.
Multiple Takeoff Tracking on Flight Logs
Flight Logs now support recording multiple takeoffs on a single flight leg, improving accuracy for operations such as helicopter flights where multiple takeoffs and landings may occur.
A new setting has been added under:
Gear → All Settings → Programs → Flight Logs
This controls whether crew receive credit for multiple takeoffs and landings on a flight log.
Expense Totals on Flight Log
The Expense tab on the Flight Log will now include the Log Total, along with Leg Totals.
Mobile-Friendly Trip Sheet
A new Mobile Trip Sheet can now be generated directly from a trip.
This version is optimized for mobile use and includes all relevant trip data directly in the body of the email...no attachment is included. Crew and Pax can quickly view full trip details from their phone without needing to download or open a file. This version does not contain any leg notes.
Trip Reports
Trip Reports now have the option to include Passenger Date of Birth and/or Passports number and expiration.
This can be set for each of the reports by navigating to gear > All Settings > Programs > Schedules > Reports tab.
Fixes
-
Duplicate Client Prevention: Fixed an issue where creating a scheduled trip from a quote could result in duplicate client records.
-
EU Carbon Emissions Report: Now includes United Kingdom data.
-
Satcom Integration: UTC dates are now correctly applied, ensuring accurate date/time handling.
-
Report Builder: Increased space for report titles to improve readability of longer titles.
-
Fuel Purchase Entry (Flight Logs): Users can now record Price per Gallon/Liter when entering fuel purchases directly in Flight Log leg details.
