Updating Your Aircraft Status for Billing
BART bills most clients based on the number of active fleet aircraft. If you have an aircraft you no longer actively use, follow these steps to keep your records up to date.

Go to the General tab for the aircraft in question.

In the Ownership field, select "Other" if the aircraft is no longer in active use.

If you still want the aircraft to appear in certain areas (like in reports or dropdown lists), make sure the Show in Selection List box stays checked. If you don’t want it to appear in reporting, uncheck that box.

You can also control visibility on calendars, just check or uncheck the Show on Calendars box to decide if it should be visible there.

- If you'd like the aircraft to disappear from most views in BART, check the Hidden checkbox.

By keeping your aircraft status updated, you ensure accurate billing and reporting.
