Overview

The safety report, found in the CoPilot app allows crew to fill out a safety report and automatically send it to a predetermined email address. The report can be customized by an administrator in web.seagil.com.

Navigation

The safety report is found in the Tools section of the app

Add New Report

1. Tap + New Safety Report button 
2. Fill in all required fields
   -Status is pre-filled to a company specified status
   -Date and Time are pre-filled with current date/time
   
3. Save  report when completed
4. An email is automatically sent to email address on file for crew submitting the report along with any pre-configured alert email address. 
   

View Past Reports

Past reports can be found by searching based on:
-Date Range
-Status
-Aircraft

Click edit to view or edit a report. Saving the report will email another copy of the report to email addresses on file.
