Reports Menu

Overview

The main reports tab serves as a central hub for accessing various reports that provide insights into key operational metrics and activities. These reports help streamline operations, support decision making, and ensure regulatory compliance. 




The Reports tab is an add on role that is assigned in each user profile. To obtain access, please contact your account administrator. 



Here is a list of the Reports currently available with a brief description of the Report. Each report contains its own unique filter options and can be produced in PDF or Excel format. 

Aircraft Reports
  1. Time in Aircraft: Tracks the total time spent by flight crews in aircraft, aiding in logbook accuracy and compliance with flight time regulations
  2. Aircraft Schedule: Chronological list of scheduled trips with details such as crew, date, ICAO, FBO, ETA and ETD
  3. Aircraft Utilization: Pulls aircraft utilization data based on time, trip and passengers
Crew Reports
  1. Crewmember Insurance Report: Displays flight crew's logged total flight times in all aircraft flown plus calculated totals from start times to today
  2. Crew Duty Times: Detailed duty report including duty period, duty hours, duty days and totals
  3. Pilot Flight and Duty Report: Summary of crew duty, flight time & activity, along with prior rest
  4. Crew Log: Displays flight crew's logged time in a given period in all aircraft flown. Subtotals for each aircraft type display at the bottom of the report
  5. Crew Projection: Reports on a projection of crew activity based on latest scheduled flight info
Flight Logs
  1. Airport Pair Analysis: Displays airport pairs in a selected time period and includes additional statistics such as total time, miles and fuel burn
Passengers
  1. Passenger Detail Report: Export of all passengers with data needed for international flying such as full name, passport info and address
  2. Passenger Department Utilization: Displays aircraft utilization by department based on authorizer. Details include number of legs, average SM, hours flown and charges associated. Flight logs charged to authorizers with no department will show as NODEPT. 
  3. SIFL Summary Report: Displays SIFL related information such as Airports, SM, Flight Time, Charge, Pax Name and Charge To
  4. Passenger Summary Report: Summary of logs sorted by department. Data includes passengers and the associated charges
Schedules
  1. A001: Provides an overview of trip information to send to the FAA if required by international operators
  2. Handling Request: Provides basic trip information along with selectable leg notes to be sent ahead to the FBO
  3. Annual Aircraft Calendar: Overview of all activity for one year
  4. Monthly Aircraft Calendar: Overview of all aircraft activity month by month
  5. Flight Hour Projection Report: Displays projected aircraft hours and landings for a given date span
  6. Crew Calendar: Displays crew scheduled activities in a Sunday to Saturday format
