The Report Builder is a robust reporting tool in BART web that puts you in control of your data and reports. No programming or additional fees required. Create and re-use reports based on flights, expenses, passengers, and crew. Build excel and pdf reports from hundreds of fields, subtotals and criteria.

You'll find the Report Builder green button by going to: Flight Logs Tab>Reports>All Flight Log Reports
Steps to Creating a Report:
1: Click the green report builder button and choose the most appropriate category to capture the subject matter for your desired report. For example, a passenger related report would start with the Legs + Pax on Board option. The focused categories contain data fields applicable to that subject or area.
2: Choose the data fields you want to include on your custom report. Chosen fields turns green and populate the Report Fields list you're building. You may choose up to 20 fields. Give your report a title, description (optional), and choose from the dropdowns to narrow the focus and layout orientation.
To rearrange the order of your data fields, left click and drag the fields around to your liking.
3: To edit the look of your report, click the Edit Widths and Captions link found under the report fields list. Customize the names of the fields; and choose the appropriate column width considering the caption and data width. Click save when done. Note: you may need to tweak the report multiple times to achieve the desired look.
4: Click run report and add your date range. The choose how you want to group the report and add filters if desired. Note: the reports can be run as a PDF or run to Excel. Click Create Report and check out your creation!
5: Tweak and edit the report in the report builder. Once satisfied, your created report will appear as a light blue box in the initial category section you choose. You can edit the report, copy it to create a replica, or delete if not needed.
