Copy a Trip

Overview

BART allows you to copy an existing trip to another day and/or to another aircraft. This can be useful when you have scheduled routes you fly regularly.

**You must open and save each new trip to verify departure and arrival times and to check for violations**

Ways to Copy a Trip 

  1. From Inside a Trip
    More Button > Copy Trip
  2. From the Calendar 

     
      How to Copy Trip

  1. Select the Date and Aircraft of the trip you are copying (this step is bypassed if copying from within a trip)
  2. Select the Date and Aircraft you are copying to. If you are making more than one copy, select the date of the first copy.
  3. Click Next
  4. Choose the copy parameters:

    Start/End Date
    Recurr Every - How often you want the trip to repeat (for example: to repeat every Monday, enter 1. To repeat every other Monday, enter 2.)
    Crew
    Passengers
    Leg Notes
    Trip Note
    Assigned Next Sequential Trip Number
    RONs
    Flight Numbers
  5. After selecting parameters click Save 
  6. The results of any existing trips and conflicts will show in the results window
  7. Click Copy to days without conflict  to complete the copy
  8. Copied trips will now show in the results window on the "Existing Schedule" side
  9. Click Back to Calendar  
  10. Copied trips now show on the calendar
