Overview

Crew can enter flight logs via BART CoPilot app using a smartphone or tablet. All logs are sent to the BART server upon save.

Logs are accessed by tapping Actuals > Flight Log List
Tap on the log to be entered.

Logs are color coded based on their status:

The log sheet contains information about the route, trip, and trip date.

 

Entering Log Sheet

Log sheets are filled in using your device's keypad. 

Expenses opens to a new window, and allows for uploading images of receipts:

Duty opens to a new screen to enter in Duty Time for all crew, or just individual crew. Users can also allow CoPilot to auto create duty. 

RONs are entered by clicking dates on a pop-up calendar, or allowing CoPilot to auto create RONs with Duty.

Squawks are entered near the bottom of the log:

Signoffs open in a new window and allow a crew member or maintenance personnel to sign off on the log as either "Flight Release" or "Logsheet Complete"
