Customize the Whiteboard Calendar
Overview
The Whiteboard Calendar is one of BART’s most popular tools, offering a clear view of your schedule with aircraft listed on the left and dates across the top. It can be customized to display trips and crew, giving each user the flexibility to tailor the calendar to their preferences.
Accessing the Settings
The settings can be easily accessed on the calendar by clicking the gear icon.
Options
Number of Days: Number of days to show on the calendar, up to 20 days can be displayed at once
Aircraft Sort Order: Sort by registration number (Alphabetical), or User-Defined order (You set the order)

Show UTC: Displays the UTC/Z times of the legs (in addition to local time)
Hide Inactive Crew: Only crew with activity on the date will show in the crew section. Crew with no activity will not show. This helps reduce clutter.
Show Trip Number: Displays Trip#
Show Flight Number: Displays Flight#
Crew Filter: Only show the Crew you want to see. All other crew will be hidden even if the crew has activity on that day.
