Crew Regulations Notifcations
Overview
Crew regulations can be setup to notify the crew member and other individuals when a crew regulation is coming due. Notification settings are setup per regulation.
One email per crew is sent out once per day. This may result in a large amount of emails until all regulations are satified.
Setup Regulation
1. Navigate to Schedules tab > Crew > All Crew Regulation Settings
2. Edit the regulation
3. Click on the "Warnings" tab
4. Enter in the number of days for the email alert.
5. Save
Warn Before Due Date = Warns dispatcher via a popup window on trip save if this regulation is within the alert window. Set to zero or blank for no warning.
Email Alert = Email will be sent to respective crew (and any additional email addresses) when the regulation enters the alert window. Set to zero or blank for no email alerts.
Setup Additional Email Notifications
To enter emails for additional recipients such as the Safety Officer, navigate to: All Settings > Programs > Schedules > General > Crew
