Overview

The Caribbean Community and Common Market (CARICOM) Implementation Agency for Crime and Security (IACS) requires that all private non-revenue and commercial flights to/from and within 10 of the 15 CARICOM member states submit passenger information prior to arrival/departure. 

CARICOM Member States that Require APIS

CARICOM APIS requirements apply to operations to/from:

Antigua and Barbuda
Bahamas
Barbados
Belize
Cayman Islands
Curacao
Dominica
Grenada
Guyana
Haiti
Jamaica
Montserrat
St. Kitts and Nevis
St. Lucia
St. Vincent and the Grenadines
Suriname
Trinidad and Tobago
Turks & Caicos

Setup

1. Navigate to Gear > All Settings > Integrations tab > APIS - Caricom tab

2. Fill in Sender ID, Password, and Carrier Code

3. CARICOM key should already be filled in for you

 

Filing CARICOM

1. Schedules tab > Reports > eAPIS

2. Enter criteria and click "Find Leg(s)"

3.  On the desired leg, from the file dropdown, choose File eAPIS 135 Caricom (Crew)/(Pax)

4. Ensure all data is filled in correctly by verifying the tabs show Green. Correct any errors as necessary:

5. Click File eAPIS button
