Broker - Temporary Crew Names on Trip Sheets

Using a Placeholder Crew Member for Ad Hoc Crew Information

For operators who frequently fly with broker-provided or one-time crew members, maintaining dozens (or even hundreds) of temporary crew records can quickly clutter the database. Instead, consider using a placeholder crew member to simplify the process.

Setup Instructions

  1. Create a crew member named Crew.
  2. Set the crew member's phone number to See Note Below.

  3. Create a Leg note category called Crew Information.

How to Use It

When scheduling a trip, assign the placeholder Crew record to the trip. Then, add the actual crew member names, contact information, and any other relevant details in the Crew Information note category.
