• Embedded Power BI reports in other areas (such as Expense Manager) function where applicable.

CoPilot (Upgradeable)

• CoPilot is not active in BART-Lite.

• Users will see a brief informational screen after login explaining that CoPilot is available with an upgrade.

• CoPilot can be turned on instantly when you’re ready, no reconfiguration needed.

Integrations (Upgradeable)

• BART-Lite supports up to two integrations.

• The Integrations page is visible so you can see what’s available.

• Integration setup and changes are handled by BART Support, ensuring everything is configured correctly.

• When you upgrade, integrations can be fully enabled and managed directly by your team.
