Product Overview

Feasibility-IQ is a mission planning application from Universal Weather and Aviation (“Universal”) that provides comprehensive intelligence to help operators assess mission requirements, options, and feasibility for operating at any airport, globally.

This integration enables BART users to seamlessly pass their BART trip details to Universal Feasibility-IQ to get real-time planning intelligence for their BART trips.

General FAQs

      1)     How can BART subscribers sign up for Feasibility-IQ?

BART subscribers can sign up for a free, no-obligation trial through this link:
https://www.universalweather.com/products-and-services/integrations/bart-integration/

There are also links within the BART UI that will connect users to the signup form for the trial.

Upon signing up for the trial, Universal’s Customer Care Center will create their Feasibility-IQ accounts and send their login credentials via the email address provided. This will happen within 24 hours of when they sign up for the trial.

 

      2)     How to access Feasibility-IQ inside the BART System.

This short video provides an overview of how to do this.

There are multiple areas inside the BART system to access Feasibility-IQ. In the image below, you can see the links that can take you to Feasibility-IQ.

 

Customers will need to connect their BART accounts to Feasibility-IQ. After selecting one of the links above, users will be sent to a login screen for Feasibility-IQ:

Here, if they already have access to Feasibility-IQ they can log in with their credentials.

If they are not already a Feasibility-IQ user they can select Sign up for a FREE trial.

After signing in, their BART accounts will be linked to Feasibility-IQ – on the device they used to make the connection.

If a customer is using BART on multiple devices, they will need to establish a connection for each device.

If a customer ever clears their device’s cache, cookies, and/or history, they will need to reestablish the connection, as well.
