Adding a New Aircraft

To add a new aircraft in BART:

1. From the Scheduled tab, navigate to Aircraft > All Aircraft.
2. Click the green + New Aircraft button.
   
   

3. Fill in the required aircraft information:

   • Registration Number
   • BART Code (AC Type)
   • Ownership
     
     

   If you do not see the BART Code you need, the team can assist with adding or identifying the correct code.

4. We also recommend adding the beginning Times and Cycles values on the Times tab to ensure accurate tracking from the start.
5. All other fields are optional and can be completed later if needed.
6. Click Save to create the aircraft record.
